What does an in-person seat cost?
$997 for Elite & Peak+ members alongside GrowthCon Spring ‘26 GO! Getter Award Winners.

Is virtual access included for me?
Yes. Every GO! member gets virtual access by default, all levels, no separate ticket, all recordings included. Not a GO! member? Virtual is still free. Virtual access registration is coming soon.
When does access open for my level?
Seats release in waves by program tier. GO! Coaching Elite & Peak+ Members alongside GrowthCon Spring ‘26 GO! Getter Award Winners gain access first. If any in-person seats remain after that, Accelerator members get access, followed by Foundations members.
How do I claim my seat?
When your window opens you hear it from us three ways: email, Circle DM, and text. Each one carries your unique access link, and that link takes you straight to checkout. Check all three so you do not miss your window.

Is there a waitlist?
No waitlist needed. The tiered rollout gives every level a fair shot at a seat inside their window.

How many in-person seats are there?
150. When they are claimed, they are gone. Virtual stays open to everyone. Virtual registration coming soon.
What do I get with an in-person seat?
One full day (October 8th), every session, structured networking built into the day, a catered dinner, and happy hour once the sessions wrap. Session recordings drop after the event and bundle into your virtual replay, so nothing gets missed.

What about breakfast and lunch?
Food trucks will be on site throughout the day with breakfast and lunch available for purchase. You pick what works for you. Dinner and happy hour are covered for in-person attendees.

What about dietary needs?
The food trucks give you plenty of range for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, email support@gocoaching.io ahead of the event and we will work it out with the caterer.

When should I arrive?
Arrive on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 as The Reserve’s first session will begin early morning on October 8th.

Which airport should I fly into?
O'Hare (ORD) is your best bet. It is the closer of the two and connects straight to Fulton Market by Blue Line or a 20 to 25 minute rideshare. Midway (MDW) works too if the flights line up better for you.

Where should I stay?
Moonlight Studios sits in Fulton Market, so these picks keep you walkable to the venue:

Nobu Hotel (155 N Peoria St): the splurge. Sleek, modern, about a 5 minute walk.

The Hoxton (200 N Green St): mid to upper. Design forward with a great rooftop, right in the heart of Fulton Market.

The Emily Hotel (311 N Morgan St): the value pick. Clean, warehouse chic, solid location.
Is there a room block?
No group blocks. Fulton Market is walkable and these hotels book easily on your own, so grab your room early. October fills up fast in Chicago.

What is the refund and transfer policy?
All sales are final. Seats transfer to another eligible GO! member up to 14 days before the event, which is Wednesday, September 24, 2026. Email support@gocoaching.io to transfer.

What if I cannot make it in person?
Your virtual access still stands, and all session recordings land in your replay after the event.
​
Who can purchase an in-person seat?
The Reserve is open to GO! Coaching Elite and Peak+ members and 2026 GO! Getter Award Winners. Orders placed by anyone outside those programs will be cancelled and refunded in full. Your access code is tied to your membership, so please don't share it.
